Continuing a promise he made when he started WalleyeMaxx Fishing Guide Service, Tom Christianson donated 3% of his 2010 guiding fees to the Hall, along with an additional donation.  "For over 33 years, the Hall of Fame has been a part of my life", stated Christianson "and I wanted to help support the efforts of this fine organization."

On behalf of the Hall, Emmett Brown, Jr., Executive Director of the Hall of Fame, expressed his appreciation for the $200 donation, noting "that each year the Hall is able to accomplish its mission and continue to provide for Hall improvement and expansion due to the support and generosity of its members".

Christianson also praised the Hall for its committment to the environment for future generations through promotion and education and its dedication to maintaining a program for qualifying, compiling and publishing all fresh water sportfishing records.  "The quarterly SPLASH publication and the annual Records Book", said Christianson, "are a great addition to any anglers' bookcase", said Christianson.   

Christianson further noted that WalleyeMaxx Fishing Guide Service will again pledge 3% of its fishing guiding fees to the Hall in 2011.
